Shipping Notes
- Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days after payment (excluding the order date and holidays).
- Delivery hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (no weekend delivery).
- Delays may occur during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters).
- For Home Delivery, actual arrival depends on the courier’s route.
- For Convenience Store Pickup, please collect your package within 7 days after receiving the pickup notification. Failure to pick up will result in shipping costs being charged to the customer.
