이핀춘 간장은 타이베이 「동원」 간장의 70여 년 장인 기술을 계승한 화롄 유일의 수제 원두 간장 브랜드입니다. 대만 전역에서 유일하게 365일 햇볕 아래 자연 발효를 고수하며, 원료·환경·제조·풍미까지 “옛날 좋은맛”을 지키고 있습니다. 모든 공정을 손으로 담아내어 대량 생산이 불가능하지만, 그 덕분에 가장 순수한 간장의 향과 깊은 풍미를 그대로 간직하고 있습니다.

Yi Pin Chun Soy Sauce inherits more than 70 years of craftsmanship from Taipei’s “Dongyuan” Soy Sauce. It is the only brand in Hualien, and the only one in Taiwan, that insists on a full 365 days of sun-exposed natural fermentation using whole soybeans. From ingredients and environment to process and taste, it upholds the spirit of “old-fashioned good flavor.” Each bottle is filled by hand in limited quantities, preserving the purest, most authentic aroma of soy sauce.
